Customers may return Velowave E-Bikes purchased via Ebikeboomers.com within 14 days of receipt, subject to certain conditions as described below.
To begin a return process customers must contact Ebike Boomers LLC, by phone at +1 (855) 205-7700 or by email at info@ebikeboomers.com. Ebike Boomers LLC will assist customers in processing their return.
New and Unused E-Bikes
E-Bikes in new and unused condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, with no restocking fee, minus a $200 shipping fee (per E-Bike), to be deducted from the refund. The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying any and all charges for return shipping, which may vary depending on the shipping company selected.
Customers wishing to be provided with a return label will be required to pay an additional return shipping fee.
Returns of Used Items
E-Bikes in slightly used conditions may be returned within 14 days of receipt subject to certain conditions, as follows:
- A return shipping fee of $200 (per E-Bike) and a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price will be charged, both to be deducted from the refund
- The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for any and all charges for return shipping, which may vary depending on the shipping company seleted.
- Customers wishing to be provided with a return label will be required to pay an additional return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, the E-Bike(s) to be returned must meet the conditions described below:
- Must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances
- Must be in the original packaging (including all cardboard and foam) and condition in which it was received
- Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)
- The E-Bike must be under ten (10) miles on the odometer.
Non-returnable / non-refundable items
E-Bikes that have been delivered for more tha 14 days or have been used for more than 10 miles are not eligible for refunds. For warranty issues, refer to Velowave's Warranty Policy.
