Warranties
E-Bike Boomers is a dealer representing multiple brands of E-Bikes and related accessories. We are not the manufacturers of the products we offer. E-Bike Boomers identifies E-Bike brands and products we feel will offer a fair exchange of value for money to our customers. We agree with the suppliers of those products to present them for sale on our website, and to facilitate their purchase and delivery to our customers.
For this reason, the warranty policies applicable to any product purchased via our website are those of the supplier of the product. E-Bike Boomers offers no warranty for products, and accepts no liability for the failure of any supplier to honor the terms of the warranty they offer.
The warranty policies of our suppliers vary; their respective terms regarding the timing and processing of warranty claims differ. When customers do initiate a warranty claim, E-Bike Boomers will facilitate that process, but we are able to do so only within the constraints of the suppliers’ respective policies.
To ensure our customers may have a complete understanding of the warranty policies applicable to products they are considering for purchase, we make those policies visible in two ways:
- The product page for every product offered on our website features a tab marked “Warranty” that the customer can click to see a brief description of the warranty policy of that product’s supplier, as well as a link to the complete warranty policy on that supplier’s website. We encourage our customers to read the respective supplier’s warranty policy in full before deciding to make a purchase.
- The warranty policies of each of our suppliers can also be accessed directly, on their websites, by selecting from the links listed below:
