Ebike Boomers offers free shipping for any E-Bike purchased for delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.  Shipping costs, per E-Bike, to Alaska and/or Hawaii vary based on the supplier of the E-Bike purchased.

A shipping charge of USD $500, per E-Bike, will be applied to E-Bikes supplied by Eunorau and purchased for delivery to an address in Alaska and/or Hawaii.

This supplier does not accept returns for bikes purchased through its third-party online dealers unless the bike has a serious, verifiable quality issue present upon initial delivery.  Should you find such an issue on receipt of your bike, contact E-Bike Boomers as soon as possible by phone at (855) 205-7700 or by email at info@Ebikeboomers.com.  We will confirm receipt of your request and initiate action within one business day.  We’ll promptly provide you with the status of your request and the steps required to complete the process.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after we receive and process the return.  It may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for your bank to process the credit.

Eunorau's 24-Month+ Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include usual wear & tear and labor cost.
