Ebike Boomers offers free shipping for any E-Bike purchased for delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.  Shipping costs, per E-Bike, to Alaska and/or Hawaii vary based on the supplier of the E-Bike purchased.

Unlike other suppliers, Electric Bike Company charges $180 shipping on E-Bikes for delivery to the lower 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C., and passees that cost on to their dealers, including Ebike Boomers.  To create consistency with Ebike Boomer's policy of offering free shippping of E-Bikes to this geographic area, Ebike Boomers includes the $180 fee in the price of the E-Bike, rather than adding the shipping charge when the purchase is made.

For delivery of E-Bikes to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, Electric Bike Company adds a shipping charge of USD $599, per E-Bike.  Ebike Boomers in turn adds a shipping charge of USD $419 per E-Bike for delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, in recognition that USD $180 has already been included in the price of the E-Bike.

As a result, the total price to the customer for the purchase and delivery of the product, is the same.

The Electric Bike Company offers returns when initiated by the customer within 30 days of their receipt of the product, under the terms described below:

Terms

• Contact to initiate a return must be made within 30 days of receipt
• All models will incur a $600 restocking fee
• Bike must have less than fifty (50) miles on the odometer
• Bike must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use
• Bike must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received
• Return must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.) when the bike was received.

To initiate a return, please contact Ebike Boomers either by phone, at (855) 205-7700, or by email at info@ebikeboomers.com. We will confirm receipt of your request and initiate action within one business day.  We’ll promptly provide you with the steps required to complete the return.

All refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.  Please note that any damages incurred to a returned bike will be deducted from the refund amount.  A net value will be evaluated, and a refund will be issued within 5 - 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.  It may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for your bank to process the credit.

Electric Bike Company offers a 10-year motor and frame warranty subject to the terms described on their warranty page.

You must register your electric bike with Electric Bike Company within 30 days of receiving your bike for your warranty to be valid. Warranty is non-transferrable to 3rd party purchasers.
