Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to E-Bike Boomers.
Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
The Website refers to E-Bike Boomers, accessible from https://www.ebikeboomers.com.
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Returns and Refunds
We are a dealer representing multiple brands of E-Bikes and related accessories. We are not the manufacturers of the products we offer. E-Bike Boomers identifies E-Bike brands and products we feel will offer a fair exchange of value for money to our customers. We agree with the suppliers of those products to present them for sale on our website and facilitate their purchase and delivery to our customers.
The returns and refunds policies of our suppliers vary; their respective terms regarding whether to accept returns, the acceptable timing of and reasons for returns, restocking or return shipment fees, and other such items differ among the suppliers. When customers do initiate a return request E-Bike Boomers will facilitate that process, but we are able to do so only within the constraints of the suppliers’ respective policies.
For this reason, the returns and refunds policies applicable to any product purchased via our website will be those of the supplier of the product.
To ensure our customers may have a complete understanding of the returns and refunds policies applicable to products they are considering for purchase, we make those policies visible in two ways:
- The product page for every product offered on our website features a tab marked “Returns” that the customer can click to see a full description of the returns and refunds policy of that product’s supplier. We encourage our customers to read all the information available on the product’s page before making the decision to purchase.
- The returns and refunds policies of each of our suppliers can also be accessed by selecting from the supplier list below:
To initiate a return, please contact E-Bike Boomers either by phone, at (855) 205-7700, or by email at info@ebikeboomers.com. We will confirm receipt of your request and initiate action within one business day. We’ll promptly provide you with the steps required to complete the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for your bank to process the credit.
